Our Story

Duff’s combines a passion for super premium ice cream, fresh, quality ingredients and Australiana into one delicious scoop. Founded, run and handcrafted by Olivia, a qualified Food Scientist, Duff’s is all about the handcraft of ice cream. Focus is on quality and ultimate control of everything that goes into the product by making from scratch all of the components- this includes the ice cream bases made small and with real, local ingredients; the inclusions- ripples & chunks ‘n’ chews hand made and mixed into the freshly churned ice cream before hand packing each tub.
